Hold on tight

Here is a visual representation of one single second inside my brain, on any given day:

Here is one second of that same brain while climbing:

These days if I could just sleep on the rock, that would save me a lot of trouble.

Malina! I found you after reading your guest post on Kelle Hampton's blog. I have feverishly been reading all of your posts, and, I finally got to the present date! I am a 37 year old mom and wife in North Texas. Most days, I feel my life is so mundane. I take my two year old to daycare, go to work, pick him up from daycare, fix dinner, go to bed and do it all over the next day. I LOVE reading about your adventures in life and love. Your writing captivates me and allows me to share in a piece of your exciting life. Keep up the blog. Your readers love it! Also, I just want to say, that I just know you will make a great mother someday!

Holy cow, I totally understand! My brain was like that so much when I was younger, but I wasn't as amart as you and I found worse ways to deal with my wayword brain. You are strong and you are awesome!

kinda cool what getting into the "zone of optimum arousal" can do for both your nerves and mind huh?
